In the middle of the Pfaelzer Wald near the wine route, surrounded by forests, lies the holiday village Eichwald with beautiful houses in roof-only construction adapted to the surroundings. Away from the noise of the roads, you can spend a holiday here in the middle of nature.

Our house offers space for up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living area with a dining corner and a fitted kitchen. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 4 single beds, which can be reached via an economy staircase.
The house has its own DSL connection with WLAN and free landline telephony within Germany

Discover the surroundings of the Southern Wine Route.
The landscape with a southern flair offers every visitor numerous possibilities to spend their holidays. Almonds, lemons, figs, sweet chestnuts and especially grapes thrive in the mild climate. In the forest you can still find popular edible mushrooms such as chanterelles or porcini. Beautiful villages with romantic corners line the wine route. The Palatinate was first mentioned around 800 years before the birth of Christ. Therefore, numerous castle ruins, but also restored castle complexes can be admired in the surrounding area as witnesses of history.
Mention should also be made of the Palatinate cuisine with its specialities and the Palatinate people's enjoyment of numerous celebrations and wine festivals.
Children also feel at home in the Palatinate and there are numerous facilities to bring variety into the holiday, even in bad weather, such as the adventure pools, zoo, wildlife and hiking park and and ..... The holiday village belongs to the municipality of Goosersweiler-Stein
Gossersweiler-Stein is a local community in the Südliche Weinstraße district in Rhineland-Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality of Annweiler am Trifels, within which it is the third largest municipality with a population of around 1400. Gossersweiler-Stein is a state-recognised resort. There is a shop, a doctor's surgery and a pharmacy in the village. The beautiful town of Annweiler is only 8 km away. The university town of Landau is just under 20 km away.

Beautiful days over Christmas
We spent a few nice days in the holiday home with our two children.
The cottage is very quietly located in the holiday village. The landlord is very friendly and helpful.
The furnishings are simple. But everything you need is there.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
