Description

Built in 1956 and renovated in 2010, the holiday home is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and its secluded location on the edge of the woods. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.

Location
Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland property with meadow, shrubs and trees, bounded by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. There is another holiday home on the property with which the pool must be shared. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.

Special
Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, and washing machine. TV reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency pull cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of October, with views of the surroundings, saltwater, 4 m x 10 m, 1.4 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 50.00/pet per week.

Distances
Shopping 5 km, restaurant 200 m, town centre 5.5 km. For a relaxing holiday, a car is necessary.

All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m), TV and air conditioning. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. Kitchen (15 sqm, walkthrough room) with air conditioning, electric hob (induction hob, 2 rings), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster and electric kettle. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. Bathroom (10 sqm) with air conditioning, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens.
Ground floor (separate holiday apartment): Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), TV and air conditioning. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please ensure adherence to quiet hours.
