The detached holiday home, built in 1956 and renovated in 2010, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the secluded location at the edge of the woods. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.

Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bounded by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.

Special
Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (WiFi). Television reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-friendly and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency call cord.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-April to the end of October with views of the surroundings saltwater 4 m x 10 m 1.4 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 30.00/pet per week.

Shopping 5 km, restaurant 200 m, town centre 5.5 km. A car is necessary for a relaxing holiday.

Kitchen (15 sqm) with air conditioning, electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Bathroom (10 sqm) with air conditioning, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window. Ground floor (separate holiday apartment): Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), TV and air conditioning. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please ensure compliance with quiet hours, particularly from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
