On the same location where the former 'n Heuibarg stood, you will find this brand new holiday home in a woody area. The natural environment around Hellendoorn is ideal for a holiday with friends or family.

Start the day with a nice walk through the woods or bring a visit to the nearby centre of Hellendoorn. You can buy the daily necessities at one of the supermarkets and there are plenty of nice shops and cafes. For the children, a day at Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is one to remember. The Memory Freedom Museum and National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug are also nearby.

The cosy residence is equipped with all modern conveniences with three spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The living room is spacious and there is a well-equipped open kitchen. Floor heating makes stays in the winter just as comfortable. Around the house is a large garden with terrace and an adjacent forest where the famous Pieterpad runs along.

There are 2 electric bikes available and can be rented for a fee.

For our guests, the owners serve a hot meal upon request.

An attractive, well-furnished, neat holiday home. Ideally located, you can walk straight into the forest, and the village is also close by. Very nice garden.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and fully furnished cottage. Beautiful area for cycling and walking. You can already pick up nodes from the house. Nice landlords!

Those who love nature are definitely in the right place here. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is perfect for relaxing. It is modernly furnished, and the kitchen has everything one needs. The living and dining room is cozily furnished. Juuleke and Arjan are helpful and super nice hosts, and if you don't feel like cooking, you can order something from them. We ordered brunch on the day of departure, which was diverse and lovingly arranged. By train, you can reach Amsterdam in just under 2 hours, and that for only 86 euros for 4 people (group ticket). The national park - Sallandse Heuvelrug is worth a recommendation. It is advisable to plan plenty of time here :) The nearby town of Ommen is also worth a visit.

What a beautiful location! This gem is located at the edge of the forest, within walking distance of Hellendoorn. The house is fully equipped. A beautiful garden, where you can also sit wonderfully sheltered. It's teeming with animals. We were front row at the nest of the nuthatches. We were surprised by a beautiful pheasant. You can enjoy beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. There is a great supermarket in Hellendoorn and you can eat delicious pastries and ice cream right opposite. In short: highly recommended!

What a relief! A clean house in the middle of nature, hidden in peace and yet within walking distance of a bakery and supermarket. The surrounding trees provide welcome shade in the summer heat. In the evening and in the morning, different animals come around the corner that sometimes stay in place for a long time, then again like a bolt and shoot into the trees. We were five people in this house. With three bedrooms and a shared living-dining room, there is enough space to be together or to isolate yourself for a while. The bedrooms have ample closet space. For a family, many trips in the area are possible. In the immediate vicinity you can walk in the woods and on the heath. There are many geocaches nearby that you can walk to. A visit to the nearby amusement park should of course not be missed. The crockery and cooking utensils were more than complete and the beds were fine. The shower was lovely too. Overall, we thought it was a great stay. Recommended.

The stay was in one word great! Nice new house with plenty of space inside, neat bedrooms and good beds (Box spring). Very complete kitchen and spacious living room. Even the decoration could not be missed, which greatly enhanced the atmosphere. Space outside was great too. Private terrace and lawn and also a large lawn for sports and game activities. Owners are very welcoming and friendly.Location also very good. View from the living room is lovely and rural. At the rear, the house borders directly on the forest, which makes walking and cycling in the forest very doable. Behind the house is the MTB track, just 50 meters away. Totally no hindrance, but a lot of convenience if you want to MTB-en.Kortom ... an absolute must do this house and for 6 people very well!
