Cottage whith a mile-wide sea wiew in the archpelago of Stockholm, Nynäshamn

2 kajaks and a small boat whith a motor(askeladden 14) are included in the price. The boat and kayaks are located at their own private jetty below the plot
The cottage have tree bedrooms 1+2+2 beds (one double bed). Kitchen/livingroom, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a livingroom, bedroom on the first floor.

The cottage is situated about 60km away from Stockholm´s center or 45 minutes
by car.
You can also take the bus 15min and train 60min.
Sheets, pillow s and towels are not included in the rent for the cottage. It is possible to rent the bedlinen for 10Euro/person.
40Euro discount / week if the cottage is rented for more than one week.
Final cleaning can be purchased for 80Euro
NOTE The little cottage on the left of the image is only used as storage.

Advice by the landlord
Cancellation terms:
- You can cancel verbally or in writing. If You cancel 30 days (or earlier) before arrival, You do not need to pay more than a service charge of 75Euro. If cancellation takes place later you must pay 90% of the rent. If the landlord manages to rent out the cottage to someone else during the rental period, an amount corresponding to the new tenant's rent will be refunded, less a handling fee of 75 Euro.
