In the middle of the beautiful Frisian landscape, surrounded by vast meadows and picturesque lakes, you will find our charming detached house. A place where you are awakened in the morning by singing birds and, if you’re lucky, see deer and hares frolicking in the grass. Sometimes even the cows come curiously to the edge of the garden.
Our B&B is situated in complete tranquility, yet in an ideal location. The picturesque Sloten is just a few minutes away by bike and the lively Lemmer is also nearby. Moreover, the house is located on the famous Elfstedentocht cycling route, making this the perfect base for cycling enthusiasts who want to discover Friesland.
The house is spacious and comfortable, suitable for six people and perfect for families, friends, and loyal four-legged companions. The cozy living room offers a beautiful view, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, each with its own washbasin. The bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor. For the little ones, a travel cot and a high chair are available.
We consider hygiene very important. That is why the house is professionally cleaned by a specialized company after each stay, so you are assured of a fresh and well-kept accommodation upon arrival.
Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed garden, where children and dogs can play safely. On the terrace, you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun or a good glass of wine at sunset. There is an indoor storage room for bicycles and you can easily park your car on the property. For now, we do not serve breakfast, but the kitchen offers all possibilities to make something tasty yourself. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Hi, I’m Patty! With a heart full of love for animals and 20 years of experience as the proud owner of a pet shop in Huizen, life brought me to Friesland in 2020, where I found my great love. In 2024, our happiness was complete with the birth of our child. This special moment inspired me to change course: I sold my pet shop and threw myself with passion into a new adventure in Friesland – setting up this beautiful B&B. From the beginning, I had one clear mission: to create an atmospheric, perfectly cared-for cottage, equipped with every comfort. A place where you can truly relax, surrounded by the peace and beauty of Friesland. Located next to the charming Eleven Cities village of Sloten and directly on the famous Eleven Cities Tour cycling route, our B&B is the perfect base to discover this beautiful region. Here, families with children can enjoy themselves without a care, and not only are dogs welcome, but they feel just as at home as their owners. My goal is to offer a warm, welcoming, and comfortable stay, where people and animals can create unforgettable memories together.
