Then our holiday home in Neßmersiel is just the right retreat for you – modern, cozy, well-equipped, and only a stone's throw from the sea! *Fully fenced, fully relaxed:*
A 1 m high mesh panel fence not only protects your dog from running away, but also gives you real peace of mind. A lockable gate, well-kept lawn, wind-protected south-facing terrace with table, sunshade, grill, garden chairs and loungers – this is your outdoor living room for the whole family.
*6 minutes by bike to the beach, 0 minutes to relaxation.* Whether it's mudflat hiking, building sandcastles, collecting shells, or simply breathing in the sea air – here you are right in the middle of that holiday feeling.
* The house? A true favorite home away from home. *
Our freshly renovated semi-detached house (2024/2025) offers around 75 m² of space for up to 4 people and a baby. Spread over two floors, you will find:
- a light-flooded living-dining room with direct access to the terrace,
- a well-equipped kitchen with everything a cook’s heart desires (plenty of dishes, large pots, coffee machine + Senseo, kettle, microwave, and toaster), from September 2025 with a new modern fitted kitchen,
- a guest WC on the ground floor,
- two cozy bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed and TV, one with two single beds – can also be put together),
- a bright daylight bathroom with WC, shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. During the renovation, we not only applied fresh paint to the walls, but also hung maritime pictures, added new lamps and curtains, and revised many loving details. A small, quiet workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair is also available – in case you need to quickly check your emails.
And so that you can sleep undisturbed at night: The bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens. For everyone who enjoys being outdoors:
The property covers around 220 m², is completely fenced, and is quietly located in a well-kept holiday home area behind the dike. You can safely store your bicycles in the garden shed, and in the small storage room next to the terrace you will find a grill, clothes drying rack, and patio furniture.
Your four-legged friends are also very welcome!
Up to two dogs can stay with you at no extra charge – only the final cleaning fee increases by €15. Simply indicate when booking that you are arriving with a pet. Bowls are available on site.
Traveling with a child?
A baby travel cot and a high chair are available to you free of charge – just let us know briefly.
Note on the visitor’s tax:
This must be paid in cash on arrival and depends on the season and age of the persons. (Children under 3 years do not pay visitor’s tax)
