This bright top-floor apartment is located in Gallipoli’s popular Lido San Giovanni district, just 300 meters from the beach and seafront. The property features a spacious private terrace with sea views—perfect for dining, relaxing, or enjoying the coastal atmosphere. Inside, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a living room that includes a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dishwasher, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two deckchairs, and two bathrooms (one of which is outside). Amenities such as a washing machine, air conditioning, and a TV ensure a practical and pleasant stay.

Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring Gallipoli, with bars, restaurants, and local markets all within walking distance. Whether you're heading to the beach, strolling along the promenade, or enjoying the city's nightlife, everything you need is close by. The apartment offers both convenience and a relaxing seaside setting.

The rental includes water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, an initial supply of bed linen, and final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette, which guests must clean or pay a €50 supplement). On-site fees include a €50 deposit per person (€150 per apartment for families), refundable at the end of the stay, and a €1 per person per night tourist tax (for guests 16+), for up to 7 nights. Optional extras include linen rentals (€10 per person for bed or bath sets), luggage storage (€3 per bag), late check-in/out (€30), a shuttle service (€7 one-way or €12 round trip), and pet stays (€50 for small pets). Please note: cots, blankets, and kitchen linens are not provided.
