The flat is located in the attic and is essentially a large living room, bedroom with kitchen and separate bathroom. One floor up there is a kind of Martatzenlager with 2 comfortable beds. The flat was completely renovated about 3 years ago. It is located in a quiet corner of Geifertshofen, which can be described as pretty quiet anyway.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in the district of Schwäbisch Hall in a suburb of Bühlerzell with approx. 350 inhabitants. Nearby are the scenic Bühlertal, Kochertal and Jagsttal valleys, and the small towns of Schwäbisch Hall and Ellwangen, both of which are interesting in terms of history, culture and flair, are approx. 20 km away. The bus connection to Schwäbisch Hall is also relatively good. There is a small village shop in the village which belongs to the local cheese dairy, but it is not open all the time. The nearest larger grocery store is about 4 km away in Bühlertann, where there is also a restaurant belonging to the cheese dairy, but it is not open all the time. The nearest restaurants are in Bühlerzell approx. 1 km, Bühlertann approx. 4 km. The club-run outdoor swimming pool is open from May and you can start hiking and cycling tours from the house.
