Obergröningen: Idyllic village in Baden-Württemberg with picturesque nature and historical charm. Approx. 17 km to Schwäbisch Gmünd and 15 km to the city centre of Aalen. Shopping facilities within 2 km ( Edeka, Penny, Drogerie Müller etc.. ) There is 1 larger car/ minibus parking space available on the property. Further parking spaces are located directly on the street in front of the house.

Hello everyone, we are a couple in our 50s who rent out this beautiful ( completely renovated in June2023 ) flat. We live above the flat, but are not present about 200 days a year. However, we can always be reached by phone and our adult children (who live 15 km away from the flat) can always be on site in case of problems. We look forward to your visit.
