Located in a quiet area of Barbariga, just 2 km from the sea, Villa Casa Bella offers an ideal accommodation for larger groups or two families who seek privacy, comfort, and all amenities for a relaxed vacation. The capacity is up to 8+2 persons. The first restaurants and shops are only 300 to 400 meters away and allow easy access to daily errands and culinary delights. The villa consists of two separate living units, which are only rented out together as one unit. Each unit has its own living room on the ground floor—one with direct access to the saltwater pool, the other with access to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. Additionally, there are two fully equipped kitchens and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are a total of four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms are equipped with double beds, the other two with single beds. Two more people can sleep on pull-out sofas. Besides the private saltwater pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers, guests also have access to table tennis, an outdoor grill, and two parking spaces.
