Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and guests are required to check out by 10:00 AM.
Quiet surroundings
We ask all guests to consider the tranquility of the neighborhood. Noise pollution, especially after 10:00 PM, should be avoided. This applies both inside and outside the property.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Parking
Public parking is available at the B&B. If there are no parking spaces available on the street, there are alternative parking lots in the area, such as:
Julianaplein: Near the beach at Zwaanstraat (±500 m).
Julianaweg: Near the beach at Zwaanstraat (±750 m).
Noordpier: Near the beach at Golfsurfpad (±350 m).
Relweg: Near the beach at Relweg (±100 m). Rijckert Aertszweg: Near the beach at Rijckert Aertszweg (approx. 175m).
Please note that in some streets in Wijk aan Zee, especially in the areas marked in red, parking from Friday 7:00 PM until Sunday 12:00 AM is allowed only with a parking permit.
If the parking lots are full, on summer days the Village Green will be opened. The daily parking rate at the Village Green is €4. Loss or damage
The B&B is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Should damage to the property or possessions of the B&B occur due to careless use, the costs will be charged.
Guests causing nuisance
In the event of nuisance to the neighbors, we reserve the right to evict the guest immediately without a refund. Waste and Recycling
Always dispose of waste in the designated bins (Hogeweg 4A) and try to separate waste according to local rules (for example, paper, plastic, residual waste).
Safety
Ensure that the doors of the residence are always securely locked when you leave. We are not responsible for any damage or loss if the door remains unsecured.

We expect all our guests to interact respectfully with the neighborhood. Violence, aggressive behavior, or other forms of nuisance will not be tolerated.

It has its own entrance, and you can easily park your car in the parking spaces on the street. As soon as you step inside, you immediately feel at home. The living room is warm and inviting, combined with a kitchen that is fully equipped. Whether you want to prepare a cozy dinner or just make a cup of coffee, everything is available: an induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and microwave and oven. After a day of walking through the beautiful dunes or exploring the area, you can relax in the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The French doors give you access to a small, but cozy backyard, ideal for enjoying the morning sun in complete privacy. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet, everything you need to start your day fresh. We make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, so that you can fully relax.
