Spend unforgettable vacation days in our lovingly furnished holiday home, which accommodates up to 5 guests in an area of 78 square meters.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a practical storage room.
The living room with TV provides direct access to the partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a sun umbrella – ideal for your outdoor relaxation.
A separate guest toilet complements the ground floor. On the first upper floor, there are two cozy bedrooms:
• A room with a single bed and wardrobe
• Another room with a double bed, baby bed, television, and wardrobe
The bathroom is equipped with a practical shower tub, a hairdryer, and a washing machine – for a completely carefree stay.
The converted attic provides sleeping accommodations for two more people.
You can conveniently park your vehicle in your own parking space right at the house. Our house is a non-smoking home – for a completely pleasant living environment.

The vacation home is located quietly yet centrally – very close to Friedrichsschleuse - the perfect starting point for relaxed beach days, walks around the romantic museum harbor, or a stroll through the small shops in town – all conveniently accessible on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The cozy cafes and restaurants invite you to linger comfortably.
The Cliner Quelle with its bathing and sauna facilities as well as wellness and cosmetic areas can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Two popular fish restaurants are located nearby — ideal for lovers of fresh North Sea cuisine!
At the beach of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, there are various entertainment opportunities. These include an adventure golf course, a heated seawater outdoor pool, an adventure playground, the option to rent beach chairs, as well as the station of the Carobahn.

A wonderfully equipped holiday home!
The loving design and great furnishings show that the owners vacation here themselves. Nothing is missing. There is also plenty of dishware available, and it is not, as is often the case, counted according to the number of people! The sea can be easily reached on foot, just like the town center. In bad weather, there are games for young and old! Here you can feel comfortable and relax well!
