It would be nice if the whole process could be made more hospitable through personal contact. Our arrival on a Sunday and the additional payment on top of the already made payment via Booking.com posed a problem for us. Furthermore, we believe that with this rather high rent, bed linen and towels should be included in the rental price. However, there was nothing to criticize regarding cleanliness and equipment.

It is always very nice in the region. Very nice with children. Highly recommended.

Overall, we were very satisfied. However, the bedroom posed some problems: The bed is very low, hardly manageable for older people, and the distance from the bed to the wall is far too small, with hardly any freedom of movement. In the bathroom, there were 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper; for 2 people and a week's stay, that is "somewhat" insufficient. A grab bar in the shower would be useful (again, for the older people). Outstanding the location with the nearby bathing area; very nice also the balcony with water view and old pines.

Prime location with a view of Müritz. Röbel is a very good starting point for excursions. Whether to Malchow, Waren, Rechlin, or Mirow. We received very good and quick help with all concerns on site. Please work on the internet supply via Wi-Fi. It was very, very poor. Most of the time, the network of the apartment was not displayed as available at all. But at any time, the signal from the neighboring hotel was visible. A pod coffee machine would be desirable.

The accommodation is very bright and clean, the mattresses are very good. The bathroom was very spacious. We enjoyed the quiet view of the water and found the parking in front of the door perfect. A few games would have been nice, but otherwise, we missed nothing.
