Mostly new, well located, unfortunately still a construction site in the vicinity, but it should be finished by mid-year. With full occupancy, the living area could get a bit cramped. Also, the dish supply could be tight with full occupancy. Indoor and outdoor whirlpool very large, outdoor sauna well insulated and heats up quickly.
