This beautiful holiday home is situated in Pionsat, on the edge of Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park. This stay has a roofed terrace for you to enjoy a lovely afternoon in the sun. Pionsat is a big village with a castle in the region of Puy de Dôme. Nature lovers can enjoy themselves in this beautiful region with its volcanoes, deciduous and pine forests, winding rivers and streams. Walking and biking are popular activities here. The Pionsat town centre is only 3 km from the home if you would like to explore the little town. You can enjoy a glass of wine in the garden accessible to you. A barbecue, landing and free WiFi are provided for your convenience. Wood stove with free wood makes it comfortable in winter or else there are electric radiator in the kitchen, bedrooms and towel radiator in the shower. Always clean the wood stove after use. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property to stay. Do not let pets roam loose. There is space for parking 2 cars on site.

A very nice, quiet location between a few houses and two large farmsteads with a farm ... which doesn't really bother us. The garden can be used jointly (landlord and second hay house), but the landlords are very friendly, courteous and can hardly be seen in the area ... Since there is no real between the "assigned" garden and outside areas, except high and dense planting If there is separation, dog owners with the expectation of unobserved free run should take this into account when making a selection. The house is very rustic and cozy, furnished with a lot of charm and everything necessary, the wood stove works wonderfully and gives the living room a lot of cosiness and provides almost the entire building with cozy warmth. In keeping with the very original environment, the reception via mobile phone is very limited and this works best and most stable outdoors, since the WLAN that might be expected would not really be usable ... but in addition to an expected quiet break, this is not so impractical ... There is its own access and its own Parking space that leads to the side of the vegetable garden around the house. Outside, the covered terrace and a patio can be used very well in the afternoon, especially when the sun is shining. The house has 2 chambre on the upper floor with a double bed and a green view through a window, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and skylight, a roof top with open staircase access and two further single beds ... On the ground floor there is the living area with seating and couch , open kitchen with gas stove, oven and an electric. Plate / toaster / coffee maker / microwave / kettle / washing machine etc., a dining table, TV and a comfortably large refrigerator as well as a sideboard and a showcase with all the necessary utensils ... We arrived with good weather. Have that almost the entire week also had. Beforehand we already looked at how the weather would be for this week. Because we check in advance whether the weather is good (and therefore interior of minor importance on the one hand and no priority at all) on the other hand this offer was taken. Environment looks like the Limburg landscape but the hills are many times higher. Great for brisk and long walks.In the neighborhood we have visited Le Puy de Dome, near Clermont-Ferrand. "In the evening you can sit outside in a cozy atmosphere.Alsal company of flies and mosquitoes, but also squirrels, birds, bats etc.But a simple ointment against insects offers a solution.The host and hostess friendly and bright when we asked for info.Kortom, a wonderful relaxing week with good weather and optimally enjoyed the buiten zitten.I can wholeheartedly recommend this property .

Le Chat Blanc is situated in a lovely quiet area (Auvergne) and driving in one day. The cottage is well appointed and the Dutch owners who also live on the property, give you privacy, but also open to chat. They also provide tips if you want, for outings and restaurants.De garden is more like a park, with several seats in the sun and in the shade and a nice stream. Le Chat Blanc, the big cottage, is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine and a well almost fully equipped kitchen). On the covered terrace you can also bbq. Within stay cool by the shutters to keep out the heat. The dog on a leash must (because the cats and lovely garden) is not a problem because it can still lie in the shade on a long line. The volcanic region, inter alia, the Puy de Dome, is an hour away and do well. In that environment, you can make beautiful day hikes. Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Lage inmitten zwischen einigen Häusern und zwei großen Gehöften mit Bauernwirtschaft... was nun nicht wirklich stört. Der Garten ist zwar gemeinschaftlich nutzbar (Vermieter und zweites Heuerhäuschen), aber die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und lassen sich zudem kaum im Umfeld sehen... Da es zwischen den "zugeordneten" Garten- und Außenbereichen außer hohe und dichte Bepflanzung keine wirkliche Abtrennung gibt, sollten dies Hundebesitzer mit der Erwartung auf unbeobachteten Freilauf bei der Auswahl berücksichtigen. Das Häuschen ist sehr urig und gemütlich, mit viel Charme und allem Notwendigen eingerichtet, der Holzofen funktioniert prächtig und verleiht dem Wohnraum viel Gemütlichkeit und versorgt fast das ganze Gebäude mit gemütlicher Wärme.. Passend zur sehr ursprünglichen Umgebung ist der Empfang über Handy jedoch sehr eingeschränkt und am besten und stabilsten funktioniert dies im Außenbereich, da auch das ggf. zu erwartende WLAN nicht wirklich nutzbar wäre... aber in Ergänzung einer zu erwartenden ruhigen Auszeit ist das gar nicht so unpraktisch... Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang und einen eigenen Parkplatz der seitlich über den Gemüsegarten um das Haus führt. Außen kann die überdachte Terrasse und ein Freisitz zum Nachmittag insbesondere bei Sonnenschein sehr gut genutzt werden. Im Haus gibt es im Obergeschoß 2 Chambre mit Doppelbett und grünen Ausblick über jeweils ein Fenster, eine separate Toilette, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Dachfenster, einen Dachspitz mit offenem Treppenzugang und zwei weiteren Einzelbetten... Im Erdgeschoß dann der Wohnbereich mit Sitzgelegenheit und Couch, offener Küche mit Gasherd, Backofen und einer elektr. Platte/ Toaster/ Kaffeemaschine/ Mikrowelle/ Wasserkocher/ Waschmaschine etc., einen Esstisch, Fernseher und einem komfortabel großen Kühlschrank sowie ein Sideboard und eine Vitrine mit allen notwendigen Utensilien... Im nicht weit entfernten Ort Pionsat - ca. 3-4 km gibt es einen Intermache-Supermarkt, in dem man sich mit allem erdenklichen gut versorgen kann Mein Colliemischling Boogie und ich, haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche, fernab von allem Trubel genießen können und sind insbesondere über die nach Süden so abwechslungsreiche Landschaft sehr begeistert... wir kommen gerne wieder!
