Renovated vacation apartment in 2017, approx. 40 m² with parking, approx. 30 m to the beach, suitable for 2 people, bright and modernly furnished

Amenities:
The apartment features a living room with a dining area, a sofa, and satellite TV. NEW: Now with Wi-Fi!
A bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe (a travel cot for babies can be added upon request). New, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle with plenty of space for food preparation. Bathroom with shower. The apartment has easy-to-maintain vinyl flooring; kitchen and bathroom are tiled. This holiday apartment is located on an elevated ground floor accessible via 3 steps. Not wheelchair accessible. A travel cot for children, as well as a high chair, are available free of charge. The apartment is designed for 2 people (max. 2 adults and 1 baby). No pets!

Special:
You need to bring your own bed linen, towels, and dish towels. Alternatively, you can book our linen package. This includes: bed linen for 1 bed, 2 towels, 1 bath towel, 1 doormat, and 2 dish towels. The linen package costs €15.

The overnight rates do not include a tourist tax! This must be settled with the landlord upon arrival. Final cleaning: €50 one-time. An additional fee will be charged for an extra toddler/baby upon agreement.

Location description:
The maritime-themed vacation apartment is located in an old building in Niendorf/Ostsee, Standstraße (Separate entrance). Only one street separates the apartment from the promenade and the beach. The vacation apartment is very centrally located in Niendorf/Ostsee. Nearby, there is a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The nearest supermarket is about 250m away. The yacht and fishing harbor is about 800m away and is very easily accessible via the beach promenade. The newly-built pier from 2014 is about 200m away and offers a beautiful view over the Lübeck Bay. A few meters further is the seawater indoor pool. The center of Timmendorfer Strand, with numerous shopping facilities, is about 3 km away.
