The seafront apartment (20secs to touch the sea-water) is independent, non-smoking, comfortable and relaxing. It is in excellent condition, equipped with any comforts. This charming residence is perfectly tailored for up to 5 guests, offering a cozy 38 square meters of finely designed living space, and it includes one bedroom and a private and well equipped terrace with table, chairs, beach umbrella and deckchairs.

The bedroom, bathed in soothing tones, ensures a restful night's sleep, complemented by the convenience of air-conditioning for those warm Sicilian nights. The sea is very clean and in the morning it looks smooth and crystal clear, the beach is wide and not equipped and it consists of fine clean sand extended for many kilometers. The sea slopes gently. Our place is about 500 meters (10mins walk) from the mouth of the river St.Leonardo. In summer the river does not lead to the sea and its fresh water is separated from the sea by a strip of beach. It is possible to make excursions by canoe up to the river: a wonderful experience in contact with nature guaranteed.

Our seafront residence is located in the middle of the coastline between Catania and Augusta. It is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday in close contact with nature: the Ionian Sea, the San Leonard river, by a majestic view of the Etna Mountain and it is also an excellent starting point for exciting and unforgettable excursions throughout eastern Sicily. Syracuse and the Rocky Necropolis of Pantalica, Mount Etna, Late Baroque Towns of the Val di Noto, Villa Romana del Casale are some UNESCO World Heritage Sites very easily reachable from our place.

Beach and Sea
We had a wonderful stay in this vacation apartment right on the beach! The location is simply unbeatable. The apartment was spotless, very well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. It really had everything you need for a relaxing holiday – from kitchen equipment to beach loungers. The neighbors were also friendly and pleasant. The landlord took care of us warmly and helpfully and gave us detailed tips on what to do in the area. The beach and the sea right outside the door are dreamy and ideal for swimming and relaxing. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would love to come back!
