The house is located in the cozy holiday park 'Noordzee Residence de Banjaard', where all facilities are available to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday in Zeeland.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). Cancellation from 90 days to 28 days before check-in: the tenant owes a deposit of 30%. Cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before check-in: the tenant owes 50%. Cancellation from 14 days before arrival up to the arrival date: the tenant owes 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show or early departure: the tenant owes the full rental amount. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded. In the unlikely event that the object reserved by the tenant is or becomes unavailable, the landlord is entitled to provide the tenant with an equivalent or better alternative accommodation, to be determined by the landlord. On this website, an early booking discount always applies if you book at least 6 months before your arrival. For bookings within 30 days before your arrival, a very attractive last-minute discount always applies. These discounts are calculated automatically and shown separately in the price calculation. The use of the park pool is not included in the rental price (due to changed parking regulations). In the surrounding area, there are subtropical swimming pools for which you can purchase a day ticket at the counter.
