Fully equipped exclusive private dream holiday flat for up to 5 people. NOW WITH SAUNA for sole use (bookable)! Separate entrance, own fenced garden, large south-west facing terrace. Only 10 minutes walk to the ferry. There are 3 beds in the children's room (bunk bed and loft bed, 90x200cm). A cot can be added on request. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200cm). The modern kitchen is integrated into the large living/dining room. The spacious bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday flat is at ground level and is largely barrier-free. Dogs on request, dog beach and large fenced-in training area 300m away. Also for autumn and winter holidays: underfloor heating in the living room and bathroom, barrel sauna in the garden

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located on the edge of Juister town centre on a quiet, park-like plot.
The beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants, cafés as well as the cinema and attractive shops are in the immediate vicinity.
From the harbour/ferry dock you can easily reach our house in about 10 minutes on foot.
Bicycle hire is available directly opposite the flat.

Cancellation terms:
- laut AGB: Änderungen bzw. Stornierungen sind unverzüglich telefonisch und schriftlich (auch per e-mail) mitzuteilen. 5.2 Tritt der Mieter vor Beginn des Mietzeitraums von der Buchung zurück, ist er verpflichtet, den Schaden zu ersetzen. Dieser umfasst den Gesamtbetrag abzüglich 10% Einsparungen. Im Einzelfall bleibt der Nachweis eines niedrigeren Schadens dem Mieter, der Nachweis eines höheren Schadens dem Vermieter vorbehalten. Bei einem Beherbergungsverbot während des gesamten Mietzeitraums entfällt die Pflicht, den Schaden zu ersetzen. 5.3 Der Vermieter ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, stornierte Quartiere nach Möglichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle so gering wie möglich zu halten. Bis zur anderweitigen Vergabe der Unterkunft hat der Mieter den gemäß Ziffer 5.2 errechneten Betrag zu zahlen. 5.4 Benennt der Mieter im Fall einer Stornierung einen Nachmieter, tritt dieser in den Mietvertrag ein unter der Voraussetzung, dass er vom Vermieter als geeignet akzeptiert wird. 5.5 Reist der Mieter ohne vorherige Stornierung gar nicht an, reist er verspätet an, reist er mit verminderter Personenzahl an, reisen er und / oder Personen, für die der Mietvertrag gilt, vor Ende des Mietzeitraums ab oder wird der Aufenthalt unterbrochen, muss der Mieter trotzdem die gesamte Rechnungssumme zahlen. 5.6 Bei Nichtbereitstellung der gebuchten Ferienwohnung ist der Vermieter – ausgenommen in Fällen höherer Gewalt – verpflichtet, dem Mieter Schadenersatz für diese Ferienwohnung zu leisten.

We have decided to make our flat 5 in the Stürhus, renovated in 2020, available to other families for their holidays during the time we cannot spend on Juist ourselves. You can expect spacious and quiet accommodation for up to 5 people on the edge of Juist town centre with its own garden, large terrace and SAUNA. Holiday with dog.
