Lassan is a picturesque small town on the Baltic Sea in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Take a vacation in the small town of Lassan, with the island of Usedom in view!
Our holiday home has a living space of 40m² with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
With separate living and sleeping areas, suitable for 2 people.
We offer you a quiet communal terrace where you can relax even after your excursions. Grilling is possible upon consultation with the landlord.
From here you can explore the surroundings on foot, by bike, or by car!
In the village, there are shopping facilities for everyday goods!
Our port is frequented by boaters and sailing excursionists.
At the port, there is the "Grete" a haven for a small snack. A 5-minute walk from the holiday home is the Lassan "Nature - Campsite", which has an excellent menu. Here you can enjoy good food and a view of the Achterwasser from the terrace!
Not far from there, there is a beautiful bathing spot in nature, or you can cycle about 3 km along a country path to the insider tip "Berliner See", where the locals go swimming.
Take a moonlight trip across the Peene. You will experience nature by water and by land in a whole new way!
You will find many attractions nearby.
On a walk to the observation tower, right on the Peene River, you can see as far as the district town of Wolgast in clear weather and watch the many sea eagles that are native here.
Visit the university town of Greifswald or go to Stralsund's Ozeaneum.
From here, a day trip to the island of Rügen is also worthwhile. Sassnitz, the port with the long pier, or an excursion to the chalk cliffs at Königsstuhl will become an indispensable experience.

super beautiful little vacation apartment
A small cute house. But inside it is clean and lacks comfort.
Modern equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living room resembles a dollhouse, simply beautiful.
The bedroom with cozy beds. A usable terrace invites you to sit outside, and the landlord's little dog is sweet and greets you loudly at first, yes, the lady of the house.
recommend for: disabled persons, seniors, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday
