Very pretty holiday home with a lot of "Hygge" flair in a great location!
We had a wonderful week in Lütt Hütt 1 during the autumn holidays. Upon entering the house, you immediately feel very comfortable, as it is super cozy and very harmoniously furnished. There was even a personal welcome gift. ☺️ The amenities are top-notch - everything you need is there, even spices, coffee, filter bags, books, and various board games. The contact with the owner was also excellent from the very beginning. We initially had doubts about whether we should travel to the often stormy Baltic Sea in mid/late October, but that was completely unfounded. There were some restaurants that were still open, a very delicious coffee cart nearby, a playground, and due to the very good location of the holiday home (only a 2-minute walk from the beach), one could always set off for a walk by the water quite spontaneously or make oneself wonderfully cozy in the house. In addition, nearby are the charming towns of Lütjenburg and Heiligenhafen with a great pier and many shops. Those traveling with children can also spend a good day at Hansa Park - it is particularly worth seeing during the "Autumn Magic" in October (tips from the landlord 😉).
Conclusion: A wonderful break from everyday life in a very pretty holiday home with a lot of "Hygge" flair. Would love to come back! ☺️

Dreamlike Sweden house - perfect Baltic Sea vacation
We had a completely successful vacation in the beautiful Swedish house "Lütt Hütt" in Hohwacht and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!
Even before our arrival, the contact with the hosts was very nice, uncomplicated, and warm – we were perfectly provided with all the information via email and messages.
The house is absolutely well-equipped, bright, friendly, and decorated with great taste in a Mediterranean style. You feel at home right away! Our highlights at a glance:
Kitchen & Living: Modern, well-equipped kitchen with a cozy, large table for shared moments. Upstairs, there is also a very cozy living room for relaxation.
Sleeping Areas: Downstairs, there is a bedroom with a practical pull-out bed. The upper bedroom can be nicely darkened – perfect for restful sleep.
Outdoor Areas & Extras: In the front, a terrace with a table, chairs, and a sunshade invites you to linger. Additionally, there is a small terrace with a sun lounger and a private beach chair. A washing machine in the bathroom, a private parking space, and the large lawn complete the comfort.
Location: Unbeatable! In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the beach.
A perfectly perfect holiday home on the Baltic Sea – we would love to come back!

Little Hut No. 1
I was in Hohwacht for the first time and am completely relaxed through a romantic fishing village with really a lot of greenery. Found Lütt Hütt without any problems and opened the front door and just said WOW. Beautiful ambiance like Sweden. The open kitchen has everything you could wish for to cook, even the smallest details (dishwasher tabs, etc.) are available. The large dining table invites you to enjoy together, with cozy benches, cushions, and blankets for comfort. Unique throughout the house are the lovingly selected accessories, everywhere?
Sleeping in the upper floor is super nice and cozy.
I absolutely enjoyed both wooden terraces at different times of the day (the beach chair on the back terrace is great for relaxing and reading).
Parking is generous with a very well-kept property and lawn.
I personally fell in love with this little house immediately?
My recommendation: book immediately.
I will always recommend it and give it a 20/10. I would especially like to thank dear Steffi, who was always very warm and available; we even managed to have coffee and cake ? Thank you so much?

A bit too little breakfast coffee service on hand, often resulting in the use of the half-full dishwasher. Thick layer of dust under the double bed. Remaining furnishings all very usable, cozy, and authentic.

Dreamlike accommodation near the beach
The accommodation is truly a dream. Moreover, it was very clean and super equipped. There was plenty of storage space and everything is furnished with love. I also thought it was great that consumables (dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soap) were sufficiently available for the entire duration. Even tabs for the washing machine would have been available. If one wants to find a criticism, it would only be the following for parents of small children: the terrace door leading from the children's room cannot be locked from the inside. However, we were able to solve this by placing the heavy wooden bench in front of it at night. So everything is manageable. :)
The location is of course the icing on the cake. You are at the beach in just a few minutes. There is a private parking space and even a garden with a large trampoline. It is also worth highlighting the extremely warm and prompt contact with the landlord. For every question, she was immediately available and made our vacation very pleasant.
I wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and hope to spend a few days in the beautiful Swedish house again in the future!

Die Ausstattung ist top - es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Gewürze, Kaffee, Filtertüten, Bücher und verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele. Der Kontakt zu der Eigentümerin war ebenfalls von Anfang an prima. Wir hatten erst Zweifel, ob wir Mitte/Ende Oktober an die dann oft stürmische Ostsee reisen sollten, aber das war komplett unbegründet. Es gab einige Restaurants, die noch geöffnet hatten, einen sehr leckerer Kaffeewagen in der Nähe, einen Spielplatz und durch die sehr gute Lage des Ferienhauses (nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt) konnte man immer recht spontan zu einem Spaziergang am Wasser aufbrechen oder man hat’s sich im Haus wunderbar gemütlich gemacht. Außerdem gibt’s in der Nähe das schnucklige Städten Lütjenburg und auch Heiligenhafen mit toller Seebrücke und vielen Geschäften. Wer mit Kindern reist, kann auch gut einen Tag im Hansa Park verbringen - der ist durch den „Herbst Zauber“ im Oktober besonders sehenswert (Tipps der Vermieterin 😉).
Fazit: Eine wunderbare Pause vom Alltag in einem sehr hübschen Ferienhaus mit ganz viel „Hygge“- Flair. Gerne wieder! ☺️
Schon vor der Anreise war der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern super nett, unkompliziert und herzlich – per Mail und Nachricht wurden wir perfekt mit allen Infos versorgt.
Das Haus ist absolut super ausgestattet, hell, freundlich und mit viel Geschmack im mediterranen Stil dekoriert. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl!
Unsere Highlights auf einen Blick:
Küche & Wohnen: Moderne, bestens ausgestattete Küche mit einem gemütlichen, großen Tisch für gemeinsame Stunden. Oben befindet sich zudem ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer zum Entspannen.
Schlafbereiche: Unten gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit praktischem ausziehbarem Bett. Das obere Schlafzimmer lässt sich prima verdunkeln – perfekt für erholsamen Schlaf.
Außenbereiche & Extras: Vorne lädt eine Terrasse mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm zum Verweilen ein. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Liege und eigenem Strandkorb. Eine Waschmaschine im Bad, ein eigener Parkplatz und die große Wiese machen den Komfort komplett.
Lage: Unschlagbar! In nur 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand.
Ein rundum perfektes Feriendoizil an der Ostsee – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Schlafen im OG super schön und heimelig.
Ich habe beide Holzterassen zu verschiedenen Tageszeitungen absolut genossen (Strandkorb hintere Terrasse zum Entspannen und Lesen super).
Parken großzügig mit sehr gepflegtem Grundstück und Liegewiese.
Ich persönlich habe mich in dieses Häuschen sofort schockverliebt ?
Meine Empfehlung: sofort buchen..
Ich werde es immer weiterempfehlen und gebe eine 20/10..
Besonders möchte ich mich abschließend bei der lieben Steffi bedanken, die überaus herzlich und sehr warm jederzeit verfügbar war, wir haben es sogar auf Kaffee und Kuchen geschafft ? Ganz lieben Dank?
Die Lage ist natürlich das i-Tüpfelchen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz und sogar einen Garten mit einem großen Trampolin.
Hervorzuheben ist auch der überaus herzliche und prompte Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Für jede Frage war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat uns den Urlaub sehr angenehm gemacht.
Ich empfehle die Unterkunft von Herzen weiter und hoffe, in Zukunft erneut ein paar Tage in dem schönen Schwedenhaus verbringen zu dürfen!

Man schließt die Tür auf und die Erholung fängt an. So ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail, so wunderschön eingerichtet, einfach wunderschön und sehr sauber.
Der Strand so nah dran. Vorm und hinterm Haus die kleinen Terrassen Entspannung pur.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Nähe zum Wasser war ein weiters großes Plus und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht.
