The modern Panorama flat with breathtaking views of Lake Garda is located in a family residence with 10 residential units and a swimming pool.
The flat has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living/dining room with kitchen and sofa bed (140x200), 1 bathroom, large panoramic terrace with dining table and chairs and a private hillside garden with sun loungers for relaxing.
Suitable for 2-3 people or 2 adults and 2 small children.
A large car parking space in the 2x enclosed underground car park completes the offer.
Depending on the weather, the pool can be used from approx. mid-May to mid-September.
The special feature: Fantastic 180-degree panoramic view from the private terrace, which is hard to beat:
To the north, the view extends from Monte Baldo with Malcesine below via Punta San Viglio and Sirmione to Peschiera in the south.
Below you, you can see the lively municipality of Toscolano-Maderno.

The residence is located 100 metres above Toscolano-Maderno, a lively and authentic village with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a pretty old town centre, which you can reach on foot.
The lake can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot, by car, bike or e-bike.
The highlight is the large market on Thursdays in Toscolano-Maderno with clothing, household items, street food, fruit, cheese and vegetable stalls. You can also use the car ferry from Toscolano-Maderno, which takes you across to Torri del Benaco every 40 minutes for entertaining walks, shopping tours and excursions, e.g. to Bardolino, Lazise, Malcesine, Monte Baldo and Garda.
Toscolano-Maderno lies on the western shore between Limone and tranquil Gargnano in the north and glamorous Gardone and Salò in the south.
Just the thing for true connoisseurs, those seeking peace and quiet, beach holidaymakers, sports enthusiasts, cyclists and nature lovers. From Toscolano-Maderno you can go on wonderful excursions, hikes or cycle tours into the countryside. The "Valle delle Cartiere" paper mill valley is famous for its marvellous hiking trails and waterways. Recently, the area has also been fully developed for mountain bikers, e-bikers and cyclists with many signposted cycle paths: the "Riviera dei Limoni Bike Experience" routes range from easy to challenging.
