In addition to the rental price, we charge:

Tourist tax, which we pay directly to the municipality: €2.06 (2026) / €2.61 (2027) per person per night.
Campsite fee: 5.50 euros per person per night (2026), will be invoiced by the campsite.
On site there are 2 adult bicycles and one children's bicycle (16"). These may be used but are not part of the rental property.

Cancellation terms:
§4 Withdrawal from the Contract by the Tenant If the tenant needs to withdraw from their booking, withdrawal from the contract is only possible in writing. The date of receipt of the written notice of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive. In addition to the contractually owed cancellation fees (see table below), the landlord charges a flat processing fee of €80.00. Landlord’s compensation claims in the event of withdrawal: - Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - Cancellation from the 29th day before the start of the rental: No refund We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance, as only the cancellation policy of the General Terms and Conditions (see §4) applies.

Mother/Daughter Vacation
We really liked it, great chalet and a super facility, we lacked nothing.
Super quiet location ideal for relaxing, and the beach is easily reachable on foot in a short time.
The supermarket and the indoor pool are just around the corner, simply great??.
Very nice landlords, always an open ear for questions.
We will come back?☀️.

Simply top
We have been to the chalet of the Rehm family several times, always at the old location DUiF 225, and it has been a top vacation every time with all the amenities that this beautiful chalet has to offer. After its relocation to DUiF 227 and the completion of the outdoor area, we are totally thrilled with how wonderfully the owner has designed the outdoor space with great attention to detail. A feel-good oasis has been created. Quiet, but absolutely central. A huge compliment for this. We will of course come again.

Super ruhige Lage ideal zum Entspannen außerdem ist der Strand in kurzer Zeit fussläufig gut erreichbar.
Der Supermarkt und das Hallenbad ist direkt um die Ecke, einfach Klasse??.
Sehr nette Vermieter bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr.

Die Lage ist super, das Chalet sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet.
Auch der Campingplatz an sich ist super und einen Besuch wert.
Tollen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, man konnte ihn zu jeder Tageszeit kontaktieren.
Wo findet man so was noch, einfach Klasse, würde auch 10, Sterne vergeben

Wie immer war der Urlaub viel zu kurz und am Ende reichten die Tage nicht aus um Alles zu Erleben was der Campingplatz so an Möglichkeiten bietet.
Das Chalet selbst ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Selbstversorgung war absolut kein Problem und der Bollerwagen ein Traum für unseren Sohn.

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit super Wetter☀️?
der Kurzurlaub auf dem sehr schönen gelegenen Campingplatz Julianahoeve in Renesse war die ideale Lösung für unsere Kleinfamilie ein paar Tage an der Nordsee zu genießen.
Wir hatten das Glück das sehr gepflegte Chalet der Familie Rehms mieten zu können. Die gemütliche Ausstattung mit liebe zum Detail hat uns direkt heimisch fühlen lassen.
Das Chalet befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem Hauseigenen Supermarkt, zum Schwimmbad und zu den großzügigen Spielplätzen der Anlage. Selbst der direkte Zugang zur Nordsee ist mit einem 5 minütigen Spaziergang über die Dünen schnell zu erreichen und gibt Spielraum den Campingplatz einmal richtig kennenzulernen.
Wir würden gerne in nächster Zeit den Urlaub wiederholen. :)
Vielen Dank an die Familie Rehms die uns zu jeder Tageszeit zur Verfügung standen.
Wie auch bei der ersten Buchung, hat alles problemlos funktioniert.
Fam. Rehms hat ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Chalet geschaffen, mit vielen kleinen Details zum Wohlfühlen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer ist sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.
Julianahoeve ist sehr Familienfreundlich, auch für schlechtes Wetter gibt es vor Ort einige Möglichkeiten.
Der Campingplatz ist aufgrund der Möglichkeiten unschlagbar.
Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
Unser Resumee: Mindestens 5 Sterne, gerne mehr ??. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in 4 Wochen, es werden noch viele folgen.

Das Chalet war toll gelegen und es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar die Fahrräder der Eigentümer durften wir nutzen.
