Description
We are pleased about your interest in our tastefully and modernly furnished vacation house. It accommodates up to 5 people with two bedrooms across 70 m² of living space.
On the upper floor, there is: a bedroom with a double bed, cable TV, and an alarm clock radio, as well as a 2nd bedroom with two single beds and an additional pull-out bed. Both rooms offer plenty of storage space.
In addition to a changing table, there is also a separate "HAUCK" travel cot for children. Both on the ground floor and the upper floor are a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and illuminated mirrors.
On the ground floor, you will find a generous living area with an open kitchen and dining space for up to 5 people (including a high chair for children).
A 49 inch (124 cm) LED smart TV (cable TV) with a DVD player and USB interface provides the right entertainment.
From the living area, you can see and walk out onto a separate south-facing terrace. There, garden chairs with cushions, sun umbrella, table, a grill, and a lockable storage room are available to you. There is a portable fence available for the dog, with which the property can be enclosed as needed.
Additionally, there is a bicycle storage room near the parking lot. The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, blender, and all necessary utensils. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. are of high-quality and in sufficient quantity.
Naturally, the house includes a parking spot.

A special highlight is the North Sea Lagoon. Here, there is a sea water lake covering 16,000 m² offering tide-independent bathing fun from May to September. For the little guests, the play barn directly on the promenade is a special treat. With a trampoline facility, super slide, bouncy castle, and many other attractions, the play barn is a popular destination not only on rainy days. Entry to the North Sea Lagoon and play barn is free for H&P guests. A bowling alley is located in the building of the play barn. Do you already know Butjadingen? Germany's largest peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides, located right at the UNESCO World Heritage Lower Saxony Wadden Sea, and perfect for a seaside vacation. We are a family from Hamburg and regularly visit the North Sea, which is why since last year, we have fulfilled our dream of owning a vacation home.
