Description

The house is located on the Mellumring, a quiet side street, approx. 2 min. walk to the Haus des Gastes, beach, play barn, bakery, etc.. All rooms are on the ground floor and have windows with roller shutters. Behind the house is a large garden with a view of the dyke. Here is plenty of space for sunbathing or playing. In the house: Large living room with Hifi and satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, new bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, children's room with bunk bed, storage room for leisure and play equipment and own car parking space on the property. A good washing machine is at your disposal. On request, we can provide you with children's equipment (baby cot, children's high chair, handcart/stroller) free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

The detached house is on a quiet side street of the beach avenue. There are walking about two minutes to play barn, the house of the guest, the baker and the beach. From the large sliding door and from the garden you can see the meadows and the house is personal and well equipped, all rooms are on the ground floor and have shutters on the windows.

For occupancy with only two persons, the price is reduced by two euros/day.

The house rent includes free use of a wicker beach chair on the Burhave beach. We are happy to provide you with a cot, high chair and handcart free of charge (we charge a deposit of EUR 30 for the handcart, which will be returned to you on departure). If you wish, we can also provide you with bedding (fee of EUR 10 per bed). If you wish towels, we will gladly provide them for 5,- per person/week.
Water and the use of the washing machine are included in the prices.

Plus the local tourist tax of the municipality of Butjadingen.

Additional costs for electricity and gas are billed based on actual usage, because we want to pay our guests only according to use. (Specifically, the currently 0,38 EUR / kW for electricity and ? / m3 for gas.)

Short-term booked vacation

We booked at short notice, received a very quick response, and had a wonderful vacation.
The house has a top location! It is equipped with everything you need. It is very clean and quiet.
And we liked it very much.

Very relaxing short vacation

The house is in a really good location. About 200m to the beach promenade and the dike. In the large garden, you can find a sun and shade spot at any time of the day. The house is well-equipped and clean. Washing machine, dishwasher, parking space, and a lockable room for e-bikes are available. Garden seating and a sun umbrella are available. Unfortunately, there is no oven. Behind the large garden, there is a large field in direct proximity. Unfortunately, the idyll here is soon to be over, as a high-rise building is to be constructed. That would be a shame. I really liked the place Burhave. Beautiful beach. 400m further is a tide-independent seawater outdoor pool with family-friendly prices. Family day ticket (2 adults + 3 children 12 euros, beach chair 9 euros - don't forget the tourist tax passes/guest cards!). Here there is a swimming area for the big ones and a mud and splash area for the little ones. Our 5-year-old daughter had a great time. The vacation home has its own beach chair on the beach - very useful. There is also a well-maintained cart at the house, so you can comfortably transport cooler bags, towels, sand toys, etc. to the beach or outdoor pool. In bad weather, you can visit the indoor playground with the kids. Also here at fair prices. A bakery that is also open on Sundays is within walking distance in 2-3 minutes. About. 1.5 km away is a large Edeka. Here you can find just about everything you need. Alternatively, there is a Netto market diagonally across. We would love to come back.

Very nice holiday apartment

We can only recommend the holiday apartment.
It is equipped with everything you need.
The location is great as well. You can reach the water in just a few minutes. Everything is also easily accessible on foot.
The landlords are very nice and very helpful if you have a question.
Thank you very much. We certainly won't be there for the last time.

I'm sorry, but I can't give 5 stars. We booked the house after reading good reviews, but we had a bad start. The bed linen was missing, towels and the beach chair had been used by another family, a real mess. Ms. Heinemann really tried to clarify everything, but the disappointment was great. What is worth 5 stars - the location! Really great.

Fast uncomplicated processing

We booked at very short notice,got an answer shortly after our request.family Heinemann(very nice communication) then also got in touch with us by phone.everything worked wonderfully as discussed. The location is great and the beach can be reached very quickly. The trip with the Butjadinger Bahn to Tossens was also interesting. We can only recommend the area and the flat (we had everything we needed). (Fun factor for children is also present) Gladly again.

Very nice holiday home

We felt very comfortable.it is a very nice cottage and you could really relax there as it is in a quiet side street.it is not to the beach and you have everything you need.we were definitely not the last time there.

Wonderful tranquility

We were in this house for the first time and definitely not the last time. Probably the time period plays a role, but we were able to relax wonderfully in any case. Coming from a noisy big city, you appreciate the peace and quiet.
We slept well in the bed provided and didn't miss anything else. An oven might be nice, but not necessarily needed. Within a few minutes' walk, you are by the water and can let your soul unwind. The landlords were also present by chance and they are very nice. All in all. . . . Top! and we will gladly come back.

Wonderful vacation in a great holiday home

We (two adults and two children) felt very comfortable in the holiday home. It is very well equipped (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, etc... AND three functional bicycles and a wagon!). In our opinion, the location of the holiday home deserves 10 points! Located directly behind the dike, we could even watch the sheep on the dike from the dining table. Booking the holiday home was very easy, quick, and uncomplicated. The landlords are very nice and helpful with any questions. Our children and we are sure that we would love to come back!

Beautiful quiet accommodation located in a peaceful area.

There is nothing missing here. The accommodation is nicely located (close to the beach and quiet on a side street). The facilities are very good, nicely renovated, and very clean. A beach chair and two simple bicycles for short rides are also available. The landlord is very nice and happy to help with any concerns. We felt very comfortable here. The accommodation is suitable for both couples and families with two children.

Great location, great house.

We spent 2 weeks with 2 children in this truly beautiful and cozy holiday home. Everything you need is there - even a washing machine and clothesline in the garden. The garden is huge and great, so the children can play and romp around properly away from the beach. You are in a very short time at the beach, the play barn, the bakery, and various restaurants. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We will gladly come back.

Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

A very cozy house right behind the dike. Our short vacation was very relaxing in a cozy and clean holiday home. There was nothing to complain about the equipment! In the house, we had everything we needed for the short break. Also, a small grill, three bicycles, a cart, and children's toys complemented our stay. We could feel right at home! Additionally, the house has a nice terrace with a large garden. We had a great 5 days in Burhave. Thank you once again to Mrs. Heinemann, a very kind and uncomplicated contact!

"just behind the dyke"

We felt very comfortable in the Skipper holiday home, everything was there that you need on holiday with a baby and toddler. Bicycles, trolley, toys, washing machine, etc. The semi-detached house is located at the end of a quiet street, the dyke is in sight and just like the play barn within 5 minutes walking distance. The playground on the beach is 10 minutes away. In the village of Burhave there's all the shops you need and also various restaurants. A visit to the Hafencity Bremerhaven is worthwhile even in bad weather ;-) but also the small cutter harbours in Butjadingen are interesting. The on-site support was tiptop. It was our first holiday to the North Sea/Wesermarsch, but certainly not our last.

We can only say thank you

A perfect holiday home for 2 adults with 2 children in a wonderful location. All essential things for children in Burhave are within walking distance (beach, play barn, North Sea lagoon, ...). There is a washing machine, and we could have used the bicycles on-site.

One of the most important things for us is always getting along with the landlords - and we did! In the house, everything was exactly as the landlady (Mrs. H.) had announced to us. In advance, she tried to fulfill all our wishes. The house was very clean upon arrival, allowing us to settle in comfortably right away.

We can highly recommend this house and are looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for everything!
