Description

Our holiday home offers enough space for the whole family with its approx. 90 m² living space.
As we have a house for allergy sufferers and non-smokers, we have chosen our building materials and furnishings very carefully for our house guests
On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower, WC and a washbasin.
The open kitchenette is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The dining room with table and six chairs connects to the living room with comfortable couch, large TV and wall unit.
A small hallway and storage room complete the space on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor.
On the first floor is the second shower room which is also equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The master bedroom has a double bed (1,80x2,00), two night consoles and a spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds (0,90x2,00) with night consoles and a wardrobe, it is mostly used as a children's room by our guests.
Another staircase leads to the attic where the third bedroom is located.
The two beds (0,9x2,00) with the night consoles can be set up separately as single beds or, if required, as a double bed. A linen chest also belongs to this room.
Our holiday guests say that this room is very cosy and that it is a good place to retreat to.
There is a barbecue fireplace on the terrace and on the beach, next to the children's playground, we have our own beach chair for our house guests.

Our holiday home is a semi-detached house and is located in the Seepark Burhave very quietly at a moat.
The property with its approx. 400 m² is a corner and end property without through traffic.
The car park belonging to the holiday home is about 50 m away.

Our holiday home also has an indoor swimming pool with various saunas, which are located in the thatched house I. The washing machines and dryers are in the thatched house II.
The washing machines and dryers are located in Reetdachhaus II, which is right next to Reetdachhaus I.
Our holiday guests receive their own key to these two facilities.
The play barn, a bakery, the Kurmittelhaus and the Kurverwaltung are only about 100 m from our holiday home.
The beach and the North Sea lagoon can be reached on foot in about 2-3 minutes from house 60.
In Burhave you will find everything you need: grocery stores, petrol station, doctors and a pharmacy.
The restaurants in the village are well known for their delicious food and are also within walking distance.
A trip to Jaderpark is always worthwhile
Taking a ferry to Bremerhaven is also very interesting.
In Bremerhaven, you absolutely have to see the zoo, the Emigration House, the Climate House, the Maritime Museum and the old fishing port.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool and sauna were closed. We were very disappointed that we were not informed in advance.

Wir sind selbst nicht informiert worden, dass das Schwimmbad und die Sauna zu diesem Zeitpunkt geschlossen waren, ansonsten hätten wir die Info natürlich weiter gegeben.
Da wir die einzigen Vermieter im Seepark sind die ausschließlich privat vermieten, werden wir bei solchen wichtigen Nachrichten öfters mal vergessen (bewußt oder unbewußt) und nicht benachrichtigt.
Wir hoffen, dass wir Sie und Ihren Mann in unserem Ferienhaus wieder begrüßen dürfen.
