Here is the translation to English: --- The cancellation costs will be calculated from the date on which “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. receives a written request for the cancellation, and are as follows: For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival – 30% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. For cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date – 100% of the total reservation amount is non-refundable. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to persons who have been vaccinated. The term “measure” refers to a situation where vaccinated persons are also required to quarantine (self-isolate) for a certain period upon entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies if a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use only on the Istra Vacation website for a future reservation, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is granted. If the traveler does not arrive at the destination or cancels the accommodation service after it has begun, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation.
