The villa features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a living room, spacious balconies, a game room, private pool.

The property boasts a fully independent kitchen with modern induction cooking facilities and a comprehensive range of appliances, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential kitchenware. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a washing machine and dry machine, making longer stays more comfortable.

With two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, and air conditioning throughout, the villa ensures a pleasant and convenient stay. Entertainment options include a game room, satellite TV, and WiFi, catering to various guest preferences. The private swimming pool of 25m2 offers a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the villa's external features, which include a garden, garden furniture, barbecue, balcony, and terrace.
