Located in the center of Traben yet quietly situated on a side street with left-hand traffic, very convenient for public transport and shopping facilities, the apartment is ideal as a daily starting point even for non-motorized hikers!
Outside, a 260 m2 garden belonging exclusively to the holiday apartment awaits you, inviting you to linger. A parking space is reserved for your car free of charge upon request, and a wallbox for your electric car is also available.
The apartment, located on the elevated ground floor of the detached property with around 75 m² of living space, offers the best conditions for a relaxing time on the Middle Moselle. There is ample space ideally for two guests, possibly also for three. It is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed, a study with a sofa bed that can be used as an additional bedroom for a short time, a living room with a three-seater, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and infrared heating.
The apartment is characterized by a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired: from the dishwasher and microwave to the kettle and coffee machine. Of course, you will also find a modern washing machine with dryer here.
For your well-being, all rooms are lovingly furnished and offer a warm atmosphere thanks to high-quality original furniture. The cozy living room, mainly in the Gründerzeit style, invites you to relax with a pull-out sofa and a television. The bedroom, completely furnished with furniture from 1907, is equipped with comfortable beds and made-up bed linen, so you can relax optimally after a day full of exploration.

Cozy quiet apartment in a central location
Nice communication and handover, joy over the garden with walnut tree and fragrant roses, beautiful individual pieces in the decor of the former practice rooms including old room signage and cozy seating area in the kitchen. A good choice!
