The ad had mentioned an apartment with a balcony or terrace, living room, bedroom, bathroom. However, it was just a simple hotel room with a bathroom, without a balcony, terrace, or living room. I hate this kind of procedure that takes customers for fools. But this will teach me to be cautious, or better yet, to stop using this booking platform. If I still checked "good" for the question about how the stay went, it's because I was happy to start the new year in Italy and that the sunny weather allowed me to fully enjoy Ventimiglia.
