A nice simple apartment in an excellent location, The bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure, I enjoyed the wine glasses provided for a little relaxation in the evening after a day of exploring Geneva,

Our stay at Apartment Cosy was simply delightful! The apartment was modern, cozy, and had everything we needed for our city getaway. The location was perfect: just a short walk from Lake Geneva and close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were welcoming and provided us with helpful tips on local attractions. We particularly enjoyed the nearby Bains des Pâquis for a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommended!

We arrived at 11:00 pm and the code for the entrance door didn't work. We didn't have any phone number of a contact person, only an emergency phone and the codes. We called that number, but they couldn't do anything because it was late, only contact with Belvilla the next day. A neighbour entered the building and we were able to enter too. The apartment code did work. The next day they sent me an email telling me to contact the partner responsible of the property (we didn't have any contact), so I sent an email to Checkmyguest, who sent me another code that did work. In addition, the sofa-bed only had a bottom sheet, neither duvet nor sheets.
