This studio is a gem! I enjoyed the modern decor and the comfortable bed, The area is bustling, but the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat,

About a month before our stay I attempted contacting the owner about leaving our bags after check out, I received no response at all. Upon arrival I continued to reach out in regards to the leaking (and barely functioning) air conditioning unit-still no response. The photos on the website are amplified heavily, there was brown leakage along the walls, stains all over the carpets, unclean pillow cases, used body wash that was repackaged, broken tv, zero fans, plus a leaking AC unit and sink. For 24 hours the security door on the main entrance was not functioning and this is not advertised but it is located on a Main Street of the Red Light District. They overcharge for what they offer here, we stayed at a much cheaper place the night before with significantly better amenities, cleanliness, and customer service.

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my stay, It was comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around, No complaints!

In the apartment, the cooking plates were missing. Fortunately, we did not rely on them; otherwise, it would have been very annoying. The apartment was otherwise very nice, as advertised. Unfortunately, I was bombarded with emails, which was very annoying. 14! Emails were sent to me in connection with the two overnight stays. It was confusing and unnecessary. Five emails were requests to leave a review (which is why it will be worse...).

Overall, the apartment is nice but the condition of the walls could use a coat of paint. For a March, it was very stuffy in the accommodation and the air conditioning didn't seem to work. Additionally, the sofa is very uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay in this studio apartment! The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Lake Geneva. The views from the 6th floor are beautiful, especially at sunset.
