The location is fantastic, a step away from the main station, the lake, and all the key attractions in Geneva. However, it would be great to have more staff available to assist guests. We encountered a situation where the access code changed at the beginning of the month without prior notice, which left us waiting outside for a while. The cleanliness of the place could improve, as it seems the cleaning staff is not very thorough. We also faced a bit of confusion regarding a lost wallet, and although management was helpful in providing video recordings, it would have been nice to have more immediate support. Overall, the potential is there, but some organizational adjustments could enhance the experience.
