The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Zamárdi. The holiday flat is located on an 80 m² open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot and internet access (Wi-Fi). The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Living/bedroom with 2 extra beds on a double pull-out sofa and air conditioning. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cot. American-style kitchen with air conditioning, dining area (2 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please observe quiet hours, especially from 22:00 to 07:00.
