Detached villa with private pool. The holiday home Villa Mutlu was completed in 2011.
The villa is in a quiet location and detached on a 500 sqm plot with palm trees, olive trees and orange trees.
The villa is fully furnished and exclusive and only 600 m. away from the famous sandy beach at the Turkish Riveria in Avsallar/Alanya. The living space is suitable for up to 8 persons.
The own pool of about 8x4m is directly in front of the terrace
(Terrace with railings and doors, for the safety of guests with small children, not to be seen in the pictures)
One of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with 2 bunk beds and the other 2 bedrooms with a double bed each.
From the large bedroom on the upper floor you have access to the terrace from where you have a beautiful sea view.
Two of the three bathrooms are equipped with WC and shower, and the large bathroom is equipped with WC and whirlpool
You can receive all German channels from the two flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.
The open kitchen is equipped with oven, gas cooker with 4 cooking possibilities, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and all necessary things
Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday with wonderful barbecue evenings by the pool.

The resort of Avsallar is 24 km from Alanya and 110 km from Antalya. The fine sandy beach is about 5 km long. The sea with the wonderful sandy beach () is within easy walking distance
The newly developed areas around Avsallar still show many investment possibilities. The hospitality of the locals is not only felt when shopping at the weekly market, but also in other matters. For example, the willingness to help with medical care or organisational information. Another beautiful stay
We stayed at Villa Mutlu for the 2nd time after 4 years. Thank you very much for the managers Hüseyin and Gülten. You are great people and we are always happy to see you :) We also recommend your restaurant, the ice cream is the best in Avsallar :)
The house is still nice, clean and there is more crockery than a few years ago. Now there are also fly screens on the windows and there is a proper barbecue.
Patio furniture could be replaced with something more comfortable.
The owner should urgently invest in the pool. It looks pretty worn out and the joints really need to be renewed. Pool maintenance could also be better, we washed off the edge first to feel comfortable. We also had the feeling that there were not enough chemicals in the water. It's just not enough when the pool man comes and removes the insects and pours in chlorine once a week without checking.
When the pool is in better shape again, we'll be happy to come back.

Wonderful family holiday at Villa Mutlu
We stayed in Villa Mutlu for a fortnight in July with our three children, who are 16, 3 and 1 year old. The holiday villa is very clean and has a lot of space. We immediately felt at home. The pool was cleaned every two days. The water quality was very good, so that our children spent most of their time in the pool. The garden with palm trees and orange trees is very well kept. The house is absolutely childproof. All in all, it was the best holiday we have had so far. We will definitely come back next year.

Enttäuscht von der Villa Mutlu
H. und Fr. E. sind nur die Verwalter. Der Mietwagen war ein Fiat Albea mit 162000km und defekter Klimaanlage. Vor unserem Aufenthalt war die Villa längere Zeit nicht vermietet. Es war nicht gelüftet; kein frisches Trinkwasser. Wir hatten an den ersten beiden Tagen kein heißes Wasser und an 2 Tagen keine Internet-Verbindung. Wenig Geschirr, 3 Eierbecher, keine Wein.-/ Sekt- oder Biergläser, alte Pfannen. Im Besteckkasten defekte Utensilien, kaputte Schere, stumpfe, defekte Messer, schimmelige Holzlöffel, an der Knoblauchpresse befanden sich noch Reste. Kein Geschirrspül-Tab, keine Spültücher, keine Trockentücher. Es gab 5 Kleiderbügel. Es fehlen Gardinen an den Fenstern, Teppiche auf dem Boden. Die Terrassenmöbel auf der unteren Terrasse bestehen aus 6 weißen Plastik-Stapelstühlen und einem kleinen grünen Plastiktisch, ohne Auflagen, wobei 1 Stuhl eine gebrochene Armlehne hat. Auf der oberen Terrasse gibt es außer einem Wäschetrockner nichts! 1 Stuhl in der Küche ist defekt, EG Bad: keine Ablage am Spiegel, Glashalter rostig, Glas fehlt. OG Bad: Duschtür schließt nicht, Ablage am Spiegel fehlt. Der Pool wurde gelegentlich mit dem Casher gereinigt. Unkraut nicht entfernt, Der Boden des Pools nicht gesäubert. Den Bodensauger haben wir für den Gärtner heraus gelegt-er hat ihn nicht benutzt. Der Müll wurde 14Tage nicht entsorgt. Die Terrasse ist um die Einfassung des Pools abgesackt. Für kleinere Kinder nicht geeignet. Kein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen. Am Pool nur 4 Liegen; die Auflagen sind teilweise schimmelig. Es gibt 2 kleine Sonnenschirme. 1 ist völlig defekt und wird nur noch mittels eines Teelöffels im Ständer gehalten. 1 Schirmständer ist undicht . Der Grillrost war verdreckt und verrostet. Das Becken der Außendusche am Pool war grün(Algen). Die Entfernung zum Meer bitte noch einmal nachmessen! Das Meer kann man von der oberen Terrasse sehen-man muss es aber schon suchen! Im Moment können wir die Villa leider auch nicht weiter empfehlen!

Wonderful holiday, very nice landlords!
I waited a long time for the first evaluation, unfortunately there was never one, despite full occupancy :( Now I finally want to give one with this beautiful house :)
We spent 2 wonderful honeymoons in Villa Mutlu and were welcomed with many surprises. Thank you again for that :)
The villa is very clean, only the oven could use some basic cleaning, but otherwise it was really ok. The pool was very clean and was thoroughly cleaned once by the gardener. Wifi worked perfectly, we did not use the TV
The villa is very quiet, only one car drives by from time to time. The German neighbours are very nice.
Avsallar is only 5 minutes away by car, you can find everything there. You can eat very well in the Delphinbar, which belongs to the landlords. But a car or scooter is an absolute must, you can't walk there without one
I don't recommend the beach in Avsallar but just a bit further towards Alanya. There are beautiful beaches where you are alone
My suggestions for improvement to the landlords:
-Chair cushions
-a little more crockery, pots and cups
-new barbecue
-Fly screens on the windows.
We have already made a new request for next year, so very happy to come again :)
