Despite the details stating there was a ground floor bedroom, there wasn’t. One of our party hs a broken leg and could not climb a spiral stair case. We had to have 2 apartments meaning we could not all be together. The bunk beds are only suitable for children, this was not made clear

The apartment building is perfectly located in the old town, and all sights and shops can be reached in a short walk. The train station is a 5-minute walk away. Nevertheless, the location is quiet and relaxed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, many thanks to them. The furnishings are good and the equipment is plentiful, meaning there is enough dishware available to fill the dishwasher. What is missing is a coffee machine; with six people, pads are really impractical. The only limitation for the best rating: the third room in the apartment with the bunk beds is borderline small and can only be ventilated with the air conditioning because it has no window. Light comes in through a skylight. You have to acrobatically maneuver into the upper bed due to the low ceiling; it is probably more suitable for children. Overall, however, the apartment is great, and we would love to come back.

This apartment is in the perfect location to quickly reach the historic area, train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment comfortably fit our family of five. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Belvilla does not communicate well. The confirmation still states that you need to bring bed and bath linen. Their website has been updated. Furthermore, you can park in a paid parking garage. The apartment was completely satisfactory. BIZ-stay is great.
