The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and for practical use. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: sun lounger, children’s playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Roznica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 places), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
