The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny waterfront location. Roznica. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed water plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Protective masks, disinfectant, and end-of-stay cleaning with disinfection. Regional health guidelines are observed.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
