A paradise for nature lovers, at the nature reserve of Mount Montgo in a quiet location, in the villa area Marquesa in Denia with private pool.
The 800 sqm private property with views of Denia and the sea is completely enclosed. The house is well equipped and has its own pool. Here you will find a 4 x 8 meter private pool, which is equipped with a Roman staircase for convenient entry. Sun loungers are available for your relaxation on the adjoining pool terrace. From the sun terrace, there is a beautiful view of the rural surroundings all the way to the sea. The garden is beautifully landscaped with a wide selection of native plants, palms, and flowering bushes. The terraces are furnished and invite you to linger. Enjoy the peace and the wonderful view of the idyllic surroundings here. A beautiful garden area and a brick outdoor grill for cozy barbecue evenings are at your disposal.
You enter the well-kept holiday home through a small entrance hall, from where you reach the living room. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and internet access via WIFI. The adjoining dining room with access to the terrace offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea through its large panoramic windows. Two double bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and are equipped with air conditioning. Another bedroom with a double bed also has air conditioning. Two bathrooms with shower and WC are available. The built-in kitchen, kept open by a counter, features a gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, and a double-door fridge-freezer combination. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also included. For the colder season, the house is equipped with gas central heating. The bathrooms can be heated by a radiant heater above the door. Smoking inside the house is not permitted. Parking space for a small car within the property. You can also park easily directly in front of the property, as the street is very quiet. Bringing a dog is allowed.
From the holiday home, you can reach the sea in about 4 km, the town center of Denia is 3 km away, and various restaurants and shopping facilities can be found at a distance of about 2 km. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
