If you’re looking for a spacious and secluded villa to enjoy the beauty of Le Marche, Casale Salvatore is the ideal choice. This lovely villa can accommodate up to 20 guests and has a stunning pool and a lush garden. You’ll be close to the historic town of Sant’Angelo in Vado, where you can discover the rich culture and cuisine of Pesaro’s inland. Casale Salvatore is accessible by a narrow and unpaved road (in good condition) that ensures your privacy and tranquility.
The villa is made up of three cozy apartments.
La Rosellina is located in a seperate building. From the big entrance on the garden side, you reach the lovely, rustic-style kitchen with a dining table. Next to the kitchen there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the stairs leading to the upper floor, where you will find a small living room with sofa, armchairs and TV.
On the first floor there are a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The wide garden in front of the house and the stone porch are the perfect place where to relax and eat outside.
Il Balsamino is located in the main building and is the biggest of the three apartments. On the ground floor there is a wide dining room with kitchen and a beautiful veranda with living room with TV and sofa. There is a second dining area with direct access to the garden. Next to the kitchen, guests will find a laundry room with a small bathroom with toilet and sink.
On the first floor, a hallway with TV and stone fireplace leads to the bedrooms. On this floor there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower, a second double bedroom, two bedrooms with single beds and mezzanines and direct access to the terrace, and one bathroom with shower.
La Salvia is located in the main building. On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the porch, as well as a living room with a stone fireplace. On the first floor, you will then find two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and three bathrooms with shower.
The villa can be rented in its entirety or as independent apartments. If rented together, La Salvia e Il Balsamino can be made into a single villa via a connecting door.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden. For children, there is a small playground with swings. The villa also has a large swimming pool, measuring 15 x 5 meters, where guests can swim and cool off on hot days.

Casale Salvatore is only 6 km from Sant’Angelo in Vado, where you can enjoy some coffee, food and shopping, and also see some amazing Roman mosaics at the Domus del Mito. You can also visit Urbania, 10 km away, which used to be called Casteldurante and has a rich history of pottery making. And don’t miss Urbino, the birthplace of the Renaissance, with its stunning architecture and art. Casale Salvatore is a great base to explore the Montefeltro region, with its beautiful natural park of Sasso Simone and Simoncello.

A cancelling tenant owes Le Marche Explorer the following amounts in addition to the administration costs due for the cancellation per accommodation: - in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel and/or rental price. - in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the travel and/or rental price. €45 in handling/administration costs will also be charged.
