We offer you a detached house with approximately 110 sqm of living space and a plot size of 1000 sqm, 2 double bedrooms, 2 daylight shower bathrooms, kitchen, living-dining area with sea view, a large covered terrace, and a private pool.
On the property, there is a shaded carport behind a lockable roller gate. From there, one reaches the pool level via 9 steps. The pool area is very secluded and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The pool measures 10x5m and has a water depth of 1.4m to 2.4m. Besides a cozy seating area, there are sun loungers and a shower facility available.
From the pool terrace, 21 steps lead to the upper part of the property. There, on the right side, there is a terrace with seating, and on the left side is the entrance to Villa Marta.
Directly behind Villa Marta, there is a nature reserve with a small pine forest. The modern kitchenette offers you all the comforts. Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans,
we naturally also provide you with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and hand blender.
From the kitchen, you enter the living-dining area. To your right, a
rustic dining table and directly in front of you the living room with a cozy sofa and 2 armchairs. The living room
features a modern TV with German satellite TV and a fireplace.
In front of the living room, there is a large covered terrace. From here,
you have a beautiful view over the Las Rotas area and the coastline
up to the breakwater of Denia.
From the living room, a small hallway on the left leads to the two bedrooms,
both with built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, the second bedroom with a bed 150 x 190 cm. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
The second bedroom has another TV set with German SAT TV. Right next to this bedroom, there is another bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
Equipment
On the side in the basement of the house, there is a small storage room with a washing machine.
There are also a vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment, iron, and ironing board. A powerful air conditioning system with heating function in the living-dining area.
The two bathrooms are equipped with electric radiators.
Hot water is produced by a large electric boiler.
The bedrooms have shutters that can be completely darkened.
