Il Fienile a beautiful villa with infinity pool in Le Marche for seven people. The villa was an old hay barn that has been renovated by the owner. The house is in a very well maintained garden. Furthermore, it has beautiful views on the Monti Sibillini and the Marchigiani hills. Outside is a nice long table for delicious lunch, dinner or just chatting with your family and friends.
The infinity pool of 4 by 14 meters also has beautiful views over the Marchigiani landscape and the Sibillini mountains, like the Gran Sasso in Abruzzo. Surrounding the swimming pool there are, of course, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The Italian owner lives in the villa for a large part of the year herself. She is a very good cook and therefore the kitchen is very well equipped. Therefore, there is nothing missing if you want to do some good home cooking.
There is a well-covered terrace providing the necessary shade, while the other terrace is in the sun. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and everything that should be present in an Italian kitchen. There is also a washing machine.
On the ground floor there is the dining table in the kitchen and a living room. There is a single bedroom with bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. With the elevator you reach the first floor or you can take the outside staircase. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two have a double bed and the third two single beds. The bedroom with the two single beds has a huge window with beautiful views. This bedroom also has air-conditioning. The other two bedrooms have air conditioning in the hallway. One of the bedrooms with double bed has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and the other two bedrooms share a third bathroom. In short, a wonderful house for a fantastic holiday!
There is free Wi-Fi for guests. The owner, who lives there outside the season, has two cats, which do stay outside but it would be nice if the guests can give them their food (which is provided by the owner).

There is plenty to do in the area: cycle along the quiet roads, walk in the nearby Monti Sibillini, go to the seaside, visit the surrounding hilltop towns and local vineyards, visit a 13th century abbey (Abbazia di Fiastra), a medieval castle (La Rancia), enjoy the opera festival at the Sferisterio in nearby Macerata, or stay put and enjoy the calm of the house, garden and pool.
