Description
Prima Luce is a cozy and spacious holiday apartment in Le Marche. It has its own private terrace with fantastic views over the hills, the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains of the Monti Sibillini National Park. Outside on the terrace there is the dining table with chairs and a BBQ.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with four burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawers, nespresso machina, kettle and more. A long dining table and living room area complete the whole. Upstairs on the first floor there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is also air conditioning for refreshment in the summer and heating in the winter.
There is a private parking space and a shared swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters with a beautiful view over the typical Italian fields and the majestic Monti Sibillini mountains. There is also a charging pole for electric vehicles. So come and enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday in Le Marche!

San Ginesio is a serene and charming medieval town nestled in Italy's Marche region. There is plenty to do in the area: cycle along the quiet roads, walk in the nearby Monti Sibillini, go to the seaside (e.g. the area of outstanding natural beauty at Sirolo and Portonovo), visit the surrounding hilltop towns and local vineyards, visit the 13th century abbey (Abbazia di Fiastra), the medieval castle of La Rancia, enjoy the opera festival at Sferisterio in nearby Macerata, or stay put and enjoy the calm of the house, garden and pool.

A cancelling tenant owes Le Marche Explorer the following amounts in addition to the administration costs due for the cancellation per accommodation: - in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the travel and/or rental price. - in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the travel and/or rental price. €45 in handling/administration costs will also be charged.
