Villa Barbarella welcomes you with an airy open concept space, featuring a cozy living room, dining room, and a big fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a small bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet on the same level of the house. Additionally, there is a pantry, laundry room, and separate guest toilet.
The upper floor of the villa is where the three spacious bedrooms with their en suites are situated. Each bedroom is air conditioned and features a king-sized bed, while one bedroom has an additional bed. The bathrooms are generous in size and well equipped, with all of them offering a double sink, shower, bathtub, a toilet, and bidet.
The outside of the building is also rich in facilities. You will benefit from a roofed outdoor dining area, a lounge area, a beautiful rounded swimming pool with sun loungers and a relaxing, neatly trimmed garden surrounding the house and terrace. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen for barbecues as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom. Last but not least, this completely fenced property has two roofed parking spots with electrical car charging stations left at your disposal.

We had a fantastic time!
The garden with pool and the terrace for relaxing outside are simply perfect. The opportunity to use the grill made our evenings special. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the hosts were incredibly friendly. An ideal place for families with children to simply unwind and enjoy the vacation to the fullest.

A fantastic place for an autumn family holiday!
The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it an ideal retreat. Although it was a bit cooler in October, we really made ourselves cozy indoors and were still able to enjoy the tranquility and fresh air outside. The large garden was perfect for the children to play in, and we parents relaxed on the terrace. There is so much to explore – from walks through the green surroundings to little excursions in the area. We enjoyed every moment and soaked up the peaceful atmosphere. A perfect place for a friends' trip!
We had a wonderful time in this house. The location is dreamily quiet, surrounded by a lot of greenery – ideal for relaxed days with friends. The large garden was perfect for spending the day outdoors, barbecuing together, or simply enjoying nature. Although it was already a bit cooler, it was still pleasant as the house is so cozy and offered us plenty of space. We enjoyed exploring the area and watching the starry sky on the terrace in the evenings. An ideal place for anyone seeking some peace and wanting to feel at home at the same time!

This house is like a dream!
Surrounded by greenery, in a peaceful setting, we felt like we were in our own paradise. The large garden was perfect for the children to play in, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a view of nature. Although it was summer, the pleasant climate allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoor space. The house is spacious, modernly decorated, and very comfortable, so we had everything we needed. An absolute dream!
The garden and the terrace are perfect for relaxing days outdoors. We spent the day by the pool while the children played in the garden, and in the evening we had a great dinner on the terrace. Der Garten mit Pool und die Terrasse zum Entspannen draußen sind einfach perfekt. Die Möglichkeit, den Grill zu nutzen, hat unsere Abende besonders gemacht. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich. Ein idealer Ort für Familien mit Kindern, um einfach mal abzuschalten und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen.

Okruženi zelenilom, u mirnoj okolini, osjećali smo se kao da smo u vlastitom raju. Veliki vrt bio je savršen za djecu da se igraju, a mi smo uživali u opuštanju na terasi s pogledom na prirodu. Iako je bilo ljeto, ugodna klima omogućila je da u potpunosti uživamo u vanjskom prostoru. Kuća je prostrana, moderno uređena i vrlo udobna, tako da smo imali sve što nam je bilo potrebno. Svaki dan smo uživali u istraživanju okolice i opuštanju u miru i tišini. Ovo je zaista mjesto na koje želimo ponovno doći!

Der Garten und die Terrasse sind perfekt für entspannte Tage im Freien. Wir haben den Tag am Pool verbracht, während die Kinder im Garten gespielt haben, und abends gab es ein tolles Abendessen auf der Terrasse. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel, sodass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Umgeben von viel Grün hat es uns an nichts gefehlt – es war einfach die perfekte Mischung aus Ruhe und Erholung. Der Sommerurlaub war dank dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft unvergesslich!

Das Haus ist umgeben von einer wunderschönen Natur, was es zu einem idealen Rückzugsort macht. Obwohl es im Oktober etwas kühler war, haben wir es uns drinnen richtig gemütlich gemacht und konnten trotzdem die Ruhe und die frische Luft draußen genießen. Der große Garten war für die Kinder perfekt zum Spielen, und wir Eltern haben uns auf der Terrasse entspannt. Es gibt so viel zu erkunden – von Spaziergängen durch die grüne Umgebung bis hin zu kleinen Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen und die friedliche Atmosphäre aufgesogen. Ein Ort, an den wir immer wieder zurückkehren werden!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, umgeben von viel Grün – ideal für entspannte Tage mit Freunden. Der große Garten war perfekt, um den Tag im Freien zu verbringen und gemeinsam zu grillen oder einfach die Natur zu genießen. Obwohl es schon etwas kühler war, war es immer noch angenehm, da das Haus so gemütlich ist und uns viel Platz geboten hat. Wir haben es genossen, die Umgebung zu erkunden und abends auf der Terrasse den Sternenhimmel zu beobachten. Ein idealer Ort für alle, die etwas Ruhe suchen und sich gleichzeitig wie zu Hause fühlen wollen!
