The Water Villas are only rented out for recreational purposes.

Costs on site need to be paid before arrival, you'll be informed about this by Roompot

Reservations for groups or parties of persons under 25 are not allowed. Organizing parties, student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in and around the water villas is prohibited.
For groups that fall outside the above criteria, we apply a deposit of € 500 per person. The park reception will contact you about this before the booking is finalized.

The deposit of € 1500.00 per stay must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If there are no details, the deposit will be transferred to you 1 week after departure.

Our stay at Harbour Village was an absolute pleasure! The water villa is breathtaking, with modern design and stunning views from every room. We especially loved the spacious terrace where we spent many evenings watching the sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking easy. Everything felt new and clean, which contributed to our comfort. The only downside was that the resort was still under construction, but that didn't significantly affect our experience. Highly recommended for a relaxing short vacation!
