Villa Magica, a breathtaking retreat with a private heated pool, is located just 10 km from Pula in the village of Radeki Polje.

This spacious villa offers numerous amenities, including a heated pool, a private garden with swings and a trampoline, a terrace with a BBQ and dining area, and a secure, fenced parking lot.

Inside, the villa has four bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. There are three bathrooms (two with a shower and one with a bathtub) and a separate toilet for additional comfort.

The ground floor features an open living room, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with views of the pool and the lush garden.

On the upper floor, you will find three more bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds.

Internet is free and available throughout the property. The villa is conveniently located, 10 km from Pula and 40 km from Rovinj. Pula Airport is 4 km away.

Radeki Polje is conveniently located near several notable travel destinations in Istria.

The city of Pula, famous for its Roman heritage, including the Pula Arena, is located about 20 km to the south.

To the north is the charming coastal town of Rovinj, about 30 km away, offering picturesque streets, galleries, and beautiful beaches.

The Brijuni National Park, an idyllic archipelago, is about 25 km from Radeki Polje and can be accessed by boat from Fažana. The breathtaking Lim Canal, a natural bay ideally suited for outdoor activities, is located about 15 km to the west.

The Kamenjak Cape Nature Park, known for its dramatic coastline and biodiversity, is located about 35 km southeast of Radeki Polje.
