Description
Casa di TOTO is a single farmer house (150 m²) of 1700 for 8-10 persons. Ground floor: big kitchen, living room, bedroom with 2 beds and a little lumber room. The first floor has 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 persons but is possible add 2 more folding bed (cost +100 eur each). The house is situated on the hill inside our farm with a beautiful landscape on the valley of Lucca city. You can get the house by our little private street (about km asphalted). Outside there is a big garden, terrace and pergola to have breakfast/lunch/dinner with a gorgeous landscape on the SWIMMINGPOOL completely fenced for baby safe. independent heating system--The house hasn’t conditioning but still fresh also on summer . It’s only 7 km to Lucca, 25 km to the beach, to Firenze 60 km and to Pisa 25 you are looking ofr a country original farmhouse to have relax&privacy casa di toto is perfect for you.

This place is perfect.
Everything was fantastic. Beautiful house, lovely terrace, and a wonderfully beautiful pool. The view is so nice that you can't get enough of it.

Wonderful house with splendid views
We have spent 2 wonderful weeks with friends and familiy in this house. It is absolutely spacious and comfortable and has a beautiful pool with view on the hills around Lucca. The distance to Lucca and Pisa (airport) is really short. The bedrooms are comfortable and have quality beds. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough to cook diners for a large group. Toto is a superhost and is available when needed. Although he and his family live in the annex, you never notice them.

Dreamy stay
We spent 10 fantastic days in Tuscany with two families and five children. The approach to the house is a bit adventurous but manageable for us with a minivan, the location compensates for any effort. The house is lovingly furnished, the kitchen large and fully equipped. Nothing is missing. The garden is very lovingly laid out, the view of the valley from the terrace and from the pool is a dream. Toto and his wife were generous hosts and easy to reach at any time. Thank you for a great stay!

FANTASTIC
we get to casa di toto just few week ago(april2024) -street to arrive is adventurous but nothin of impossible- we had van but i understand why T(the owner) recommend car---house is bigger than you imagine by photos
3 floors- big kitchen with all for cook,fireplace, lot of big bedrooms enough for 10/12 persons, outside area with gorgeous garden, terrace and treehouse for kids, amazing pool in spectacural point in middle of olive trees, i cannot well explain the sensation you feel when you are there- simply paradise corner

A place for all - from swimming to relaxing
The house is located halfway up the hill, far enough from the main street to be very quiet (if the kids have also gone to bed...). The way up is a bit adventurous, but you get used to it during your stay.
The house itself is about 400 years old with thick walls that keep it comfortable inside even at higher temperatures. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the photos. What I liked the most is the kitchen with its very well-equipped facilities (although the weather was always so good that we could sit outside).
Outside, there are three areas for everyone to enjoy:
- The activity area by the pool (always clean and equipped with four umbrellas and six sunbeds)
- The sun terrace/pergola for those who want to read a book in peace
- (my absolute favorite) the barbecue area in front of the house - the meeting point for everyone to eat, play games, drink... Always a gentle breeze - very comfortable.
The host lives in the other part of the house - a very friendly guy who is completely unobtrusive, but if you need any kind of support, he's there.
Conclusion: A gorgeous place for everyone.
