In Musignano, a district of Maccagno on Lake Maggiore, situated at an altitude of about 700 meters, offers picturesque views and pleasant coolness during the hot summer months. Due to the narrow alleys, it is not possible to drive up to the house with a car. Thus, no car noise or smell disturbs the peace, and the air is clean.

I converted the apartment from a stable about 30 years ago. Since I often spend my vacation in the adjoining house myself, I look forward to welcoming friendly guests, including children and pets.
