Spacious and private pool house only 4 km from the beach. The garden is fully fenced and equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue near the pool. It is safe for children and surrounded by beautiful and peaceful nature. Private parking is guaranteed.
The interior is new, spacious and comfortable, fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with terrace exit, overlooking the pool. There is also a dining room and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a double bed.
